Who operates this service
Meccanics Prime LLC, through its SmarterSquads project, operates stingbrandt.team and the Sting 14/15B Brandt SMS Account Notifications program for Sting 14/15B Brandt. In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Meccanics Prime LLC in that role.
Information we collect
We collect information provided by team participants and their parents or guardians, including account and profile details, player and guardian contact information, roster and participation records, and communications sent through the application.
Team fees and payments
The application maintains fee assessments, balances, waivers, and payment records used to administer the team. Payments may be completed through payment services selected by the team; we do not claim to be the payment processor.
How information is used and shared
We use information to operate the team-management application, provide requested features, administer team accounts, communicate with participants, protect the service, and meet legal obligations. Service providers may process information only as needed to provide hosting, authentication, database, email, payment-link, and communications services on our behalf. We do not sell personal information.
SMS and mobile information
Sting 14/15B Brandt may collect mobile telephone numbers from parents and guardians who voluntarily elect to receive SMS account notifications, including team fee reminders, balance notifications, and related administrative notices.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
All categories described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with any third parties.
We may use a communications service provider solely to transmit messages on our behalf. That provider is not permitted to use mobile information or messaging consent for its own marketing or promotional purposes.

Security and retention
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to a team-management service. We retain information while it is needed to operate the team, provide the service, resolve disputes, and satisfy legal or accounting requirements, then delete or de-identify it when practical.
